Young Agents

Mississippi Young Agents Alliance is designed to support the success of current and emerging agent leaders.

Our YA Program is led by our YA Executive Committee, comprised of young agents dedicated to engaging and developing our future leadership. Membership in our Young Agents Alliance provides access to tools and resources that support the professional growth of our agents and help them thrive as trusted insurance advisors. Any IIAM member 40 years or younger OR with less than 5 years of industry experience can join at no additional charge.

Young AgentS Executive Committee

The Young Agents Executive Committee is a group of Young Agent Alliance members dedicated to supporting our association and our young agents. This committee is a premier group for professional growth and lifelong relationships within insurance. It serves as the platform for aspiring leaders in the independent agency channel. We firmly believe that the future of our industry relies on the development and success of the next generation of agency leaders.
